This document establishes the Terms and Conditions to which users and customers who use this Website and purchase the products and services offered by Nona Entwined Events will be subjected to. The use and navigation on this website imply the knowledge and total and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions and their future modifications, Nona Entwined Events and its content providers grant Users a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable to access and use of the services of Nona Entwined Events.

The license of access and use is granted for a period of six (6) months from the acceptance of the User by Nona Entwined Events and does not include any right of resale or commercial use of the services provided or the contents, or use of trademark or distinctive signs, or any right to compile or label any list of products, descriptions or prices. It also does not include the right to make any derivative use of the Services of Nona Entwined Events or their contents, or to download or copy any account information for the benefit of any company, or the use of tools or robots for search and data extraction or similar.

The User is only allowed to use the services lawfully. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in the cancellation of the permission or license granted by Nona Entwined Events, immediately, without the need for prior notification or justification, and will not result in the payment of any compensation in favor of the User.

At Nona Entwined Events we reserve the right to refuse any application for registration or to cancel a previously accepted registration without giving us any right to compensation.

The sale, assignment or transfer of one or more user accounts (including reputation and ratings) is prohibited under any circumstances.

Reservation Services

The reservation will be confirmed once the payment is made by credit or debit card, transfer or cash of the amount of the service that the client has chosen.

As for the extra services that have been contracted, the payment of 50% will be made at the same time of the reservation. To ensure that the user who has booked is the same one who attends, the user must present himself and prove that he is the same person with the reservation document and the presentation of any identity document if required by the staff of Nona Entwined Events.

At the time of payment of the reservation the deposit will be charged for if it were the case, to be able to make effective the collection of any damage or that occurs in the room, either caused by the client or by any of his guests.

The Client is also responsible for any damages in excess of the amount of the deposit.

Cancellations and Refunds

When the client wishes to cancel services already confirmed and paid in full prior formal information by email, we will proceed as follows:

• Cancellation received 4 weeks in advance is not charged.
• Cancellation received between 3 and 2 weeks to the event receives a 20% charge.
• Cancellation received 7 days before the event receives a 40% charge.
• Cancellation received less than 7 days before the event receives a 60% charge.

These fees will cover the expenses incurred with the organization of the event.

Forms of Payments

We required 30% of the formal invoice signed to hold the date of your Event Balance must be fully paid 3 weeks prior to the Event in order for us to execute this.

Intellectual property

All content made available on this Website, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio files, videos, digital downloads and any other information, is exclusive property of Nona Entwined Events, in this way, Users must refrain from extracting and/or reusing parts from the content of our website without the prior and express consent of Nona Entwined Events.

In the event that the User or Client considers that his intellectual property rights have been violated by another User or client and wishes to send a signal of the established violation of intellectual property rights, related to materials published on the Website, he must send an acknowledgement in writing through the contact form available on the Website.
